What we do

We build direct relationships at origin, hand-select the lots, and land them in Australia with the backing of a global specialty supply chain — so a fifteen-kilo roaster can secure the same coffee as a fifteen-tonne one.

Every coffee arrives with its full provenance and an honest, indicative price. No lifestyle clichés, no hidden terms — the document is the product.

The market, this year

Roasters buy against a moving benchmark. Here's the ICE Coffee-C price, the AUD/USD rate, and the landed cost of a standard regional lot they produce together — over the last twelve months.

The landed line is indicative for basic regional lots — it tracks the commodity market only. Microlots and competition coffees are priced on quality, cup score and the relationship with the producer, not the C market.

The land as evidence

Not a romantic panorama — a working landscape. Cloud sits in the valley most mornings, extending drying times well beyond the forecast.

04

The town that moves it

The collection point at Piendamó on delivery day. The mechanic, the cooperative noticeboard, the loading bay — the coffee's social radius.

The sample on the table

What arrives at Farmore: an envelope, a moisture reading, a score. The object we catalogue and you cup before you commit.

Quality, and the relationships behind it

We build direct, lasting relationships at origin and buy on the cup. Our focus is the exceptional — microlots and competition coffees — with dependable quality blends for when you're buying volume.

The heart of what we do

Microlots

Small, traceable selections from a single producer, variety or process. Hand-selected on the table, scored, and documented lot by lot — sold through Buy Now and Secure Supply.

The scarce and the top-scoring

Competition lots

The coffees that place and win. When they land we offer them through the Specialty Auction, with the full provenance dossier — priced on quality, not the market.

Dependable, for volume

Quality blends

Consistent, well-built regional blends for when you need reliable volume at a fair, transparent price. The commodity market sets the floor; our selection sets them apart.
